The professional exam for the Ordre des infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) is a written examination consisting of approximately 45-50 clinical situations with between 135 to 150 answerable questions.
The situations are representative of the field of nursing. The questions are weighted within each clinical situation, the value of which is 100 points each.
The exam focuses on the critical aspects of each clinical situation and focuses on the theoretical and clinical aspects of nursing practice. He evaluates in particular:
- the integration and application of your knowledge;
- the skills acquired in various clinical situations;
- the ability to make clinical decisions and intervene appropriately.
