Travel Physical Therapist

Location

Decatur, Texas

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 12-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient rehab, acute care, and outpatient rehab settings as needed
Utilize therapy equipment including Hoyer Lift, Treadmill, Elliptical, and Sci Fit devices during patient treatment
Document patient care accurately using Meditech Magic and ReDoc/NetHealth EMR systems
Collaborate effectively with Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and physician teams to coordinate patient care
Deliver outpatient physical therapy services within a clinic environment open Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
Ability to work across multiple care settings including inpatient rehab, acute care, and outpatient rehab
Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach to patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior outpatient clinic experience
Experience treating neurological patient populations
