To enhance the efficiency of the Editorial Services department, the full-time Editorial Assistant will provide administrative support, manage editorial programs like Veeva Vault, and perform basic editorial tasks, including permissions and light copy editing, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Obtain, track, and prepare assets for advertising and medical communications from copyright holders and reference vendors Set up submission trackers for congress and journal submissions and prepare deliverables for client review Perform entry-level editorial tasks, including proofreading and assisting editors with project-specific responsibilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Comfort in operating and maintaining electronic database systems Previous work experience requiring multitasking and organizational skills Experience with electronic database entry and management Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
